Netball Aid is a new initiative that uses the power of netball to raise awareness and funds for important issues and causes. This year we are focussing on raising money for BBC Children in Need.
No, the idea is to turn it into this in 2026 but for now it is a limited company set up to facilitate this charitable initiative.
This is a high-energy exhibition game featuring celebrities from sports, TV, music, and social media. It’s a fun way to entertaining netball fans and raising funds at the same time.
The match takes place on Sunday the 2nd of November at the Utilita Arena with gates opening at 2:30pm Be sure to arrive early for pre-game entertainment!
The full line-up will be revealed closer to the event, but expect familiar faces from across the entertainment world. Keep an eye on our social media and website for announcements.
We are going to raise as much money as we can for charities close to our hearts. This year, proceeds are going to BBC Children in Need only.
Yes, all children are welcome as long as Under 14’s are accompanied by an adult.
Yes, the Utilita Arena has multiple travel routes via Grand Central and Birmingham New Street as well as multi storey car parking facilities. Please check their website directly.
We are very much hoping so- in the same way that Soccer Aid has raised a lot of money for charitable causes, we want our wonderful game to do just as well!
