Refunds & Cancellations
Who handles refunds?
Netball Aid works with AXS act as our official ticket provider. All refunds and cancellations are managed directly through AXS in line with their Purchase Agreement. Please contact AXS (not Netball Aid) for refund requests.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final.
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, as outlined in AXS Purchase Agreement.
When can I get a refund?
- If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled:
- You do not need to do anything. Refunds will automatically be processed back to the original payment method.
- If the event is rescheduled:
- Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend, AXS will provide details on whether a refund is possible.
- If refunds are approved by the venue/event team:
- You’ll receive an email with instructions.
- You can also log in to your AXS Account and click “Submit a Refund Request” (only available for qualifying events/transactions).
- Please note: refund requests have strict deadlines, so check carefully.
Important things to know
- Refunds are always returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase. If your payment card has expired, please update your details in your AXS Account.
- Fans who have opted out of event emails or who purchased tickets at the box office may not receive email notifications – please check with your AXS Account for updates.
- Special rules may apply for transfer tickets or tickets that were resold.
